At Fiber Arts Center AZ (FAC), we strive to offer high-quality educational experiences to our community while respecting the time and dedication of our instructors—many of whom generously volunteer their time.

Instructor/FAC Cancellation Policy:  

If a class must be canceled by FAC due to instructor unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a 100% full refund.  Classes may also be cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 2 business days before the class starts. If FAC needs to cancel the class, the student will receive a 100% refund.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:  

We understand that life brings many surprises to us all, and sometimes people must cancel their class reservation. Please help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading and adhering to our cancellation, and refund policies.

Participant Refund Policy:  You must submit your refund request in writing and emailed to FiberArtsCenterAZ@gmail.com.

• 30-Days Prior to Class:  Participants may cancel their registration for up to 30-days to the scheduled class for a full refund.  *Your receipt will show a full refund minus a 10% “registration fee”.
• 14-Days Prior to Class: Participants may cancel their registration up to 14-days prior to the scheduled class for a 50% refund.  *Your receipt will show a 50% refund minus a 10% “registration fee”.
• 7-Days Notice: if we have a waiting list, we can offer your space to that person, or if you know someone who can take your place.  It will be your responsibility to get reimbursed from that person.
• 48-hours/No Show: No refunds will be issued for cancellations of 48-hours or no show.  There will be no exceptions.  Please understand that your tuition money has been spent on purchasing supplies and paying our instructors.
