At Fiber Arts Center AZ (FAC), we strive to offer high-quality educational experiences to our community while respecting the time and dedication of our instructors—many of whom generously volunteer their time.
Instructor/FAC Cancellation Policy:
If a class must be canceled by FAC due to instructor unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a 100% full refund. Classes may also be cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 2 business days before the class starts. If FAC needs to cancel the class, the student will receive a 100% refund.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life brings many surprises to us all, and sometimes people must cancel their class reservation. Please help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading and adhering to our cancellation, and refund policies.
Participant Refund Policy: You must submit your refund request in writing and emailed to FiberArtsCenterAZ@gmail.com.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction filled with exquisite handcrafted items, all generously donated by our members. We're thrilled to announce that this year's celebration will take place in person during First Friday in Phoenix, on Friday, December 5th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
You’ll find us in Room 202 at the Phoenix Center for the Arts, located at 1202 N 3rd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The venue offers plenty of parking and is right in the heart of all the First Friday excitement—exactly where we’ve dreamed of being for months!
